A leisurely start at nine am daily signals the start of a Journeyman breakfast, by the cracking of organic, local eggs from free roaming chickens delivered several times throughout the week. They are accompanied by house cured ham, bacon, and house made sage sausages from local pork, our own journeyman breads, pastries, pancakes, crepes, and granola with local, seasonal fruits, Intelligentsia coffee, our own renowned hot chocolate, and organic apple cider. We believe that breakfast holds all the culinary wonder of the finest evening meals. Here, you will see this philosophy in action.
