Paul Bertolli’s dry cured sausages from California’s “Fra Mani’”, Armandino Batali’s “Salumi” from Washington state, and journeyman’s own house made sausages, pate, terrine, and cured meats accompany them beautifully for a light supper or picnic on the beach. Country ham from North Carolina, smoked salmon from Alaska, and house made chocolate truffles infused with herbs from our own gardens can also be had with the assistance of our knowledgeable staff. |
